Application for Master's and PhD degrees entering Academic Year 2024 and 2025

We currently do not accept any application for Master's and PhD degrees starting in April 2024 and 2025 (except the Asian Development Bank scholarship students) due to the absence of the professor of this department and a PhD degree starting in April 2024, October 2024, and April 2025.
Application will be open again after a new professor is appointed.
